We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our fast-paced, dynamic Finance Team. This role requires a qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, or ACCA) with strong commercial acumen, capable of managing multiple accounting and compliance requirements across different EMEA jurisdictions and acting as a true Finance Business Partner with full responsibility for regional financial integrity and reporting.

This is an on-site role requiring a minimum of two days per week (Wednesday and either Tuesday or Thursday).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, maintaining data integrity.
2. Manage internal controls, balance sheet reviews, monthly closing processes, and compliance with company procedures.
3. Oversee statutory accounts production and liaise with auditors; support tax-related activities to ensure timely submission of annual returns.
4. Lead revenue recognition processes and provide technical financial support, including billing controls.
5. Drive continuous process improvements and implement control enhancements.
6. Partner with business units to meet financial objectives for revenue and operational income.
7. Manage the finance team, fostering engagement, talent retention, and succession planning, aligning with Danaher’s Core Behaviours.

Success in this role involves:

1. Experience with NetSuite and SaaS companies is desirable.
2. Qualified Accountant with experience in global financial reporting, US GAAP, IFRS, and ASC606.
3. Strong knowledge of internal controls and tax concepts.
4. Business partnering skills with a commercial focus.
5. Proven leadership ability in managing finance teams and hands-on capabilities.
6. Ability to meet deadlines and implement continuous improvements.
