HRIS Lead Position

I am delighted to recruit for an exciting brand to hire an HRIS Lead in a standalone capacity. This role will work within the broader HR team, maintaining, optimizing, and evolving HR technology platforms to ensure seamless integration and user experience across the business. You will be the primary expert in HR systems, leading enhancements, managing vendor relationships, and conducting training initiatives that empower employees and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the lead point of contact for technical queries across multiple HR technology platforms.
  2. Manage system enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.
  3. Perform HR data reporting, analytics, and insights using data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
  4. Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance and optimal service delivery.
  5. Develop and implement access controls, maintaining data security across HR platforms.
  6. Lead onboarding and training programs, equipping HR and People teams with system proficiency.
  7. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and user documentation.
  8. Conduct user acceptance testing for system updates to ensure smooth rollouts.
  9. Partner with internal teams on payroll system integrations to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Manage global HR initiatives, including engagement surveys, performance reviews, and analytics reporting.
  11. Lead change management efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and key stakeholders.

The role offers a competitive package of up to £48,000 per annum on a permanent basis, plus benefits. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
