A leading company in the FMCG space is seeking an L&D specialist to support the rollout of a new HRIS system. This role involves designing engaging learning content, coordinating training delivery, and ensuring effective user adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and experience with HRIS systems. This is a hybrid role based in West London, offering a 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Signet is really excited to be partnering with a globally recognised brand within the FMCG space, to hire an L&D specialist, who will support the rollout and adaption of the new HRIS system across the organisation, starting in EMEA and then beyond! This role will be a critical in designing and delivering a learning experience which ensure that employees, managers, and HR Team are confident and capable in using the new system.
This is such an exciting time to join this team and organisation- you will work as part of a supportive team and get exposure to many teams, and work across markets.

Ideal experience/background:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and systems training and will work closely with HR, IT and the systems implementation partner to create a smooth and user-focused learning journey. Your direct report will be into the Director of L&D, closely working with other teams!
