Monster Energy is undergoing a global HRIS transformation and is looking for a dynamic L&D Specialist to help power it.

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the learning experience for a business-wide rollout of SuccessFactors, Monster Energy’s new Human Resources Information System. The ideal candidate will be a skilled learning and development professional with a passion for enabling change through high-impact, user-focused training.

Working closely with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and the implementation partner, the L&D HRIS Training Specialist will design and deliver learning solutions that drive adoption and build confidence across all user groups — from employees and managers to HR teams and leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the HRIS project team to understand system functionality, user journeys, and process changes.
  • Develop a structured, scalable training plan tailored to key user groups.
  • Design and deliver engaging, accessible learning content — including e-learning modules, quick reference guides, live/virtual sessions, and toolkits.
  • Coordinate training delivery against the programmes' key milestones.
  • Reinforce change messaging to help users understand the ‘why’ behind the transformation.
  • Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness post-implementation to ensure high levels of confidence and capability.
  • Support local HR teams and regional champions with coaching and resources to enable ongoing delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training linked to systems or technology rollouts.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly SuccessFactors but will consider other systems.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, project-driven environment.
