Job Description

Bring your full marketing kudos & energy to this role to step change our LEGO Girls first plans & themes. Ideate, deliver & optimise creative & impactful campaigns for our kids audience. Partner with some of the biggest IPs out there from Disney, Warner, & Universal to deliver unforgettable experiences and contribute to our mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow through play. Because play teaches kids skills that will help them thrive in the rapidly-changing world of the 21st century.

Core Responsibilities
Brand Planning and Implementation
  • Define & implement the UKI Girls audience priorities, KPIs & campaigns to achieve the overarching kids objectives.
  • Input into the UK/Ireland Kids Marketing Strategy development, objective setting process, and consumer communications planning. Ensure efficient marketing plan execution for LEGO Girls first Themes in UK/Ireland.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies & activations that drive brand equity and build active consumers (penetration), re-activation (repeat purchase), and frequency (engagement) for your audience and The LEGO Group, including through new products and themes and the implementation of strong marketing plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders internally & externally to align owned / earned / shared / paid (OESP) activities towards sales and brand impact.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market needs to adapt brand strategies as necessary.
  • Manage outside agency partners and collaborate with internal agencies.
  • Manage external partnership relationships as designated by brand responsibilities.
Business & Project Management
  • Plan and manage budgets and financials related to marketing campaigns.
  • Establish retailer strategies with the sales team, and support key account sell-in of marketing programs.
  • Analyze and evaluate brand and campaign performance, initiating corrective actions when needed.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and key customers to provide category and shopper insights.
  • Develop pricing recommendations aligned with UK/Ireland strategies.
  • Work with Regional, Global & BU Cross-Functional Teams to deliver Integrated Planning.

What We Look For
  • Experience in Brand Management and Consumer Goods Marketing, ideally with a top-tier company in FMCG, Entertainment, Fashion, or Health & Beauty.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and in-market performance with knowledge of reporting systems like IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, Circana.
  • Experience managing complex campaigns (ATL and BTL) and working with multiple agencies and in-store marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build networks internally and externally and operate across different organizational levels.
  • Strategic and learning agility to navigate complex structures with multiple stakeholders.
