LUXURY BRAND MARKETING MANAGER
WEST COUNTRY - REMOTE
UP TO £45,000 + FANTASTIC BENEFITS

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are working exclusively with a recognized luxury brand that is embarking on an exciting journey to expand its marketing function. We are seeking an experienced Luxury Brand Marketing Manager to join the team and contribute to taking the business to the next level.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Luxury Brand Marketing Manager will have autonomy to achieve brand objectives while leading a team of marketers and coordinating with external agencies. This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key part in the company's growth and success.

THE BRAND MARKETING MANAGER ROLE

  1. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and marketing team.
  2. Develop and implement marketing strategies in consultation with the Head of Marketing.
  3. Create and maintain the brand identity toolkit, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  4. Plan and execute annual marketing plans for all brands.
  5. Conduct brand analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  6. Develop compelling and distinctive creative campaigns.
  7. Oversee design and packaging development for the portfolio.
  8. Plan media campaigns across all consumer touchpoints.
  9. Work with the Digital Lead to develop and monitor social media programs.
  10. Manage consumer PR strategies and key messaging.
  11. Analyze pricing strategies and implement pricing strategies accordingly.
  12. Build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors.
  13. Assist in product development by contributing to the innovation funnel.
  14. Manage marketing projects effectively.
  15. Champion the brand both internally and externally.
  16. Coordinate cross-functional activities related to the brand.
  17. Identify key insights from competitor, consumer, and category analyses.
  18. Manage budgets and monitor marketing spend.
  19. Serve as the main point of contact for supporting agencies and partners.

THE PERSON

  1. Previous experience as a Luxury Brand Marketing Manager or similar role is essential.
  2. Experience working with product-based luxury brands.
  3. Proven ability to develop marketing plans, media strategies, and manage budgets.
  4. Experience leading photoshoots and creative campaigns.
