Luxury Brand Marketing Manager

Location: West Country – Remote

Salary: Up to £45,000 + fantastic benefits

The Opportunity

We are working with a recognized luxury brand that is expanding rapidly. They are seeking an experienced Luxury Brand Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and help grow the business. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will have autonomy to develop and execute brand strategies, working with a team of marketers and external agencies.

The Role
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and team to develop marketing strategies
  • Create and maintain brand identity and consistency
  • Develop annual marketing plans for all brands
  • Conduct brand analysis to identify opportunities and weaknesses
  • Develop compelling creative campaigns
  • Oversee design and packaging development
  • Plan media across all consumer touchpoints
  • Manage social media programs with the Digital Lead
  • Lead consumer PR strategies and messaging
  • Perform pricing analysis and strategy
  • Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Assist in product development and innovation
  • Manage marketing projects and budgets
  • Represent the brand internally and externally
  • Coordinate with agencies and partners
The Person
  • Experience as a Luxury Brand Marketing Manager or similar role
  • Experience with product-based brands
  • Proven ability to develop marketing plans and manage budgets
  • Experience leading photoshoots
