The Role

We’re looking for aCreative Marketing Managerto lead content, storytelling and creative direction across every FOLD touchpoint, from our digital channels and brand assets to the workouts on our app.

You’ll be at the heart of our brand voice and visual identity, producing standout content and campaigns that deepen connection and drive engagement. You’ll also work closely with the team to support events, launches, and global activations.

This is a remote-first role, but we collaborate in person weekly in London or the South of England. Flexibility is key – evening/weekend work and occasional international travel will be part of the role as the brand grows.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating compelling visual content for digital channels – including campaigns, branded graphics, social assets, email content, and events
  • Shaping and leading FOLD’s storytelling and content strategy across website, CRM, affiliate, social and physical experiences
  • Writing engaging, on-brand copy that connects with our audience and reflects our values
  • Managing and maintaining brand asset libraries, templates and tone of voice guides
  • Supporting activations, partnerships and product launches with creative direction and communications
  • Collaborating with photographers, videographers, instructors and freelancers as needed
  • Keeping a consistent look, feel and voice across all FOLD platforms and campaigns

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a creative or content-led marketing role
  • A portfolio that blends strong visual content, copywriting and storytelling
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and what makes content land across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, email and web
  • Confident copywriting skills – you know how to hit the right tone and bring the FOLD brand to life
  • Experience editing video content and managing uploads for apps or digital platforms
  • Super organised, proactive, and comfortable owning multiple projects
  • Passionate about wellness, lifestyle or design-led brands
  • Willing and able to travel, attend events, and meet the team weekly in the South of England
