LUXURY BRAND MARKETING MANAGER
WEST COUNTRY - REMOTE
UP TO £45,000 + FANTASTIC BENEFITS

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're working with a recognized luxury brand that is about to embark on a significant growth phase. They are seeking an experienced Luxury Brand Marketing Manager to join their team and contribute to their strategic development. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will have autonomy to achieve brand objectives and collaborate with a team of marketers and external agencies.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to be a key driver in the company's future success.

THE BRAND MARKETING MANAGER ROLE

  1. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and marketing team
  2. Lead the development of marketing strategies in consultation with the Head of Marketing
  3. Create and maintain the brand identity toolkit, ensuring consistency across all channels
  4. Develop and implement annual marketing plans for all brands
  5. Conduct brand analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
  6. Design compelling and distinctive creative campaigns
  7. Oversee design and packaging development across the portfolio
  8. Plan media strategies across consumer touchpoints
  9. Partner with the digital team to develop and monitor social media campaigns
  10. Manage consumer PR strategies and key messaging
  11. Conduct pricing analysis and develop strategies
  12. Build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors
  13. Assist in product development and innovation planning
  14. Manage marketing projects effectively
  15. Promote the brand internally and externally
  16. Coordinate cross-functional activities related to branding
  17. Analyze competitors, consumer insights, and market categories
  18. Manage budgets and control spend
  19. Serve as the primary contact for agencies and partners

THE PERSON

  1. Previous experience as a Luxury Brand Marketing Manager or similar role
  2. Experience with developing product-based brands
  3. Proficiency in marketing planning, media planning, and budget management
  4. Ability to lead photoshoots and creative projects
