We are looking for someone who can develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, ensuring that their requirements are met while maintaining an exceptional level of service delivery.

• Ensure all customer jobs are processed, and sales reviews and reporting are delivered to our customers on time.
• Development, management, and maintenance of Service Level Agreements for all customers in line with quality standards.
• Ensure that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role has experience in:

• Customer Service
• Handling multiple lines of communication
• Using MS Office systems

You will also have:

• A full UK driving licence
• Experience working within food / food safety
