The role requires motivating, developing, and challenging your team to improve delivery operations. Experience, knowledge, and skills in warehouse and transport are essential, based at one of our delivery locations.
You will be responsible for
- Leading your team to ensure efficient, safe trading with high customer service standards.
- Managing delivery costs and customer charges to meet targets.
- Identifying efficiency improvements and setting challenging payroll reduction targets.
- Understanding the local market to provide the best service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing your team to meet customer service needs, engaging with customers, and using feedback for improvements.
- Collaborating with regional teams to identify opportunities and develop working practices.
You will need
- Previous experience and knowledge of deliveries/transport are essential.
- Management CPC qualification.
- Experience managing warehouse operations.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
