About the role

Dootrix is leading the shift to agent-based computing. We're not just talking about the future, we're building it.

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with strong experience delivering enterprise solutions to join our established team and help deliver innovative, forward-thinking modern solutions for some of the UK's most exciting companies and start-ups.

You will have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and will be an adept agile practitioner as well as having experience and a good understanding of other project management methodologies.

You will be a meticulous planner and have the interpersonal skills to interact with clients, partners, project stakeholders, architects, developers, designers and testers.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to our clients, maintaining high levels of satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the end to end delivery of client engagements, from initiation to completion; managing the tension between time, to the agreed scope and budget and with Technical and Quality leads ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Monitoring project performance, managing risks, dependencies and resolving issues effectively
  • Leading and coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to deliver successful outcomes for our clients and Dootrix .
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability within teams.
  • Managing financial performance of the project by supporting the preparation of Proposals and SOWs through to financial reporting and invoicing.
  • Championing delivery best practices, processes and standards.
