Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager

Location: UK, remote

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join a small, dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services, maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of service professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the successful delivery of services in accordance with SLAs, client requirements, and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery metrics, including SLA compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee incident and problem resolution processes.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the service team.
  • Implement best practices to improve service delivery continually.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT Service Delivery Manager role or similar.
  • Experience working with multiple clients in a client-facing role.
  • Ideally, experience within the retail or ecommerce domain.
  • ITIL certification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

Note: EU work permit is required for this role. The position is based in England, UK, with remote work options.
