As the Delivery Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing team outputs, especially the delivery of fire risk assessments to the required timelines and quality standards. You will develop and implement quality assurance processes, support fire safety IT system administration, data accuracy, and other team administrative tasks.

This is a home-based role with occasional meetings and workshops at the Fire Service College in Moreton-in-Marsh and other Capita sites across the UK.

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring Fire Risk Assessments and other fire safety outputs on MoD sites are delivered within contracted timescales.
  • Implementing and operating processes to log, assign, schedule, and deliver requests to meet contractual deadlines.
  • Downloading data and verifying accuracy.
  • Managing task completion trackers.
  • Processing system access requests, including creating and adjusting accounts.
  • Creating and updating processes, such as quality checks on reports.
  • Ensuring training and competence records are current.
  • Supporting team administration for meetings, including attendance tracking and booking facilities.
What we're looking for:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to in-house systems.
  • Ability to interpret data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with influencing abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within Fire and Rescue or Fire Safety, is advantageous but not essential.
