Overview

The Green Recruitment Company is offering the opportunity to join one of the largest UK Energy Suppliers as a Metering & M&T Technical Delivery Manager within their successful Technical Delivery team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Energy Management and experience managing technical projects. Responsibilities include overseeing site surveys with third-party contractors, leading onsite installations, ensuring health & safety standards, and training subcontractors. Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement are essential.

This role is home-based with UK-wide travel to client offices and customer sites.

Personal Specification

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience managing high-value contractual arrangements
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure completion of actions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven commercial acumen
  • Experience collaborating with business and external third parties
  • Experience in metering or data gathering infrastructure
  • Understanding of industrial processes (Desirable)
  • Understanding of industrial electrical engineering (Desirable)
  • Experience in re-engineering industrial processes (Desirable)
