We are looking for a highly skilled and committed Clerical Officer to provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support within a secondary high school. The role involves utilizing Management Information Systems and other Education-specific IT systems to ensure accurate data capture, meeting the requirements of school, corporate, and government agencies.
As a Clerical Officer, you will work under the direction of the Admin Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity to join St Columba’s as we settle into our first year at the Dunfermline Learning Campus.
Qualifications: Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5, SVQ level 2, Standard Grades at Credit level, or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Skills and Experience: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to ensure positive outcomes for children and young people. Experience of working independently in a dynamic environment or within a school setting is desirable.
Additional Requirements: You must obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland prior to appointment.
