A leading council is seeking a dedicated individual to join the school office at Muirfield Primary School. The role involves data entry, maintaining pupil records, processing school funds, and providing reception support. This part-time position requires commitment to quality service delivery and offers a term-time schedule.
Based at Muirfield Primary School, 5 School Road, Arbroath.
This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed.
In this workstyle, most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role, there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.
Working in the school office, you will be responsible for inputting data into the SEEMiS database, maintaining and updating pupil records, and processing school funds, including operating the ParentPay system and reconciling the DSM and School Fund budget. You will also handle incoming and outgoing mail.
You will undertake reception duties as a first point of contact, dealing with queries from parents/carers and utilizing the Groupcall system.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
You will work 19.8 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday, term time only (199 days).
