Angus Council is seeking a dedicated individual for a role at Tannadice Primary School, focusing on delivering front-line services and managing pupil records. This role follows workstyle 1 - Fixed.
Work hours: 30 hours per week, term time only (195 days).
Responsibilities include: Inputting data into the SEEMIS database, maintaining and updating pupil records, processing school funds including Parent Pay, reconciling the DSM and School Fund budget, managing SMT diaries, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Reception duties: Serving as a first point of contact, addressing queries from parents/carers, and utilizing the Groupcall system.
Interview date: Wednesday, 18 June 2025.
You must be able to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
