Job Description

Based at Tannadice Primary School, 17 Southesk Rd, Tannadice.

This role follows workstyle 1 - Fixed.

  1. Most of your time will be spent delivering front-line services. You may occasionally need to access a specific council location during the workweek if your service is not delivered at a council location.

Work hours: 30 hours per week, term time only (195 days).

Responsibilities include: Inputting data into the SEEMIS database, maintaining and updating pupil records, processing school funds including Parent Pay, reconciling the DSM and School Fund budget, managing SMT diaries, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

Reception duties: Serving as a first point of contact, addressing queries from parents/carers, and utilizing the Groupcall system.

Interview date: Wednesday, 18 June 2025.
