Join the Evri Sales Team!

We have an exciting opportunity for an SME Sales Assistant. In this role, you'll drive new client onboarding, confirm commercials, and bring clients onto our systems to enable immediate trading. You'll collaborate with our New Business Teams to resolve onboarding issues, streamline processes, and continuously improve client management.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and update dashboards and trackers to support sales activities.
  2. Ensure accurate reporting on pipeline, forecasting, and trading profiles.
  3. Review and update cross-functional reports, ensuring sales actions are implemented.
  4. Manage lead allocation and triage in the BA and MFN inboxes.
  5. Apply Pricebands and manage Business Account accounts via CRM.
  6. Maintain records and liaise with third-party providers to ensure correct tariffs.
  7. Monitor application of pricebands, credit terms, and initial collections.
  8. Collaborate with Operations to improve service for SME customers.
  9. Identify and escalate blockages in client setup.
  10. Align Power BI data with CRM and ensure correct account assignments.
  11. Oversee Client ID applications and liaise with stakeholders.
  12. Review sales data via SAP and ensure pipeline accuracy.
  13. Coordinate with the Sales Team on pipeline stages and setup statuses.
  14. Provide Excel support and administrative assistance as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in a sales administrator/support role.
  • Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in the industry.
  • Excel Microsoft Office Specialist qualification (working towards or obtained).
  • Understanding of e-Commerce and the SME marketplace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional IT literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Organized, proactive, energetic, and motivated to succeed.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to constructively challenge stakeholders.
