Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm.
As a Sales Support Assistant within Cosmetics, you will oversee the management of the external sales mail boxes to ensure enquiries are allocated, responded to and followed up by the relevant member of the sales team.
You will personally respond to assigned incoming sales enquiries convert these enquiries into invoiced business and support the rest of the sales team, primarily within the Cosmetics business unit on actions that will assist the conversion of more business opportunities, such as quote generation and general administrative duties.
