Company Description

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting the team in the successful operation of the gym, with a focus on driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.

Job Description

  1. Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
  2. Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
  3. Advocate for our FUNDAMENTALS sales process, leading by example and supporting the team to improve confidence and performance
  4. Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow the live member movement
  5. Manage the activity planners for the gym, ensuring they are thorough, well-planned, and executed
  6. Implement strategies to increase lead generation internally and externally
  7. Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicating insights to the team
  8. Drive revenue across membership sales, products, and secondary lines to enhance profitability
  9. Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to management
  10. Build relationships with local businesses to develop local partnerships
  11. Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities (new and existing)
  12. Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member visits
  13. Support national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
  14. Provide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team development
  15. Assist the General Manager with operational tasks, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment
  16. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
