This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers support the team in the successful operation of the gym, with responsibilities including driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies both inside and outside of the gym.

- Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicating insights to the team
- Drive revenue from memberships, products, and secondary lines to ensure profitability
- Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to management
- Build relationships with local businesses to develop partnerships
- Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities
- Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
- Support national focuses and incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
- Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
- Assist with operational tasks, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, and Recruitment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
