The Role of the Territory Sales Manager

• Promote and sell blood glucose monitors, downloadable software, and pen needles.
• Sell into GP surgeries, Meds Management, and hospitals.
• Balance of account management and new business (50/50).
• Focus on revenue; role built on trust and integrity.
• Occasional involvement with tendering, primarily for development.
• Arrange clinics to train patients on device and software usage.
• Territory includes Sussex, Surrey, Buckingham, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Cambridgeshire.

The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager

• Experience in diabetes sales.
• Deep therapy and UK diabetes market knowledge.
• Background in blood glucose monitoring or insulin sales into GPs.
• Ability to communicate at a clinical level within diabetes and understanding of NHS sales processes.
• Graduates with a Bio-Chemistry degree & shadowing experience will also be considered.
• Self-starting sales professional.
• Strong customer relationship skills, good administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in medical devices sales, especially into GPs, Meds Management, or hospitals, is desirable.
• Ability to discuss at a clinical level and understand NHS, biology, and biochemistry.
• Honest, driven, entrepreneurial, with gravitas and integrity.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven.
