What would you do as our Area Sales Manager

You will drive sales growth within our Key Account customers, managing a strategic sales process to facilitate procurement and upselling of additional products. Your responsibilities include managing your pipeline, calendar, and work locations to maximize regional success, networking for upcoming projects, tenders, and upselling opportunities. You will be measured against sales targets, NSP, and upselling non-enterprise products. This role focuses on account management and maximizing opportunities within current enterprise customers.

Additionally, you will:

  • Drive sales and exceed targets by acquiring new construction industry clients and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and implement strategic regional sales plans to increase revenue and product adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Utilize CRM tools to forecast sales, manage pipelines, and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Management & Business Development teams to support local sales and share leads.
The skills and experience you need

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has strong sales experience within the construction sector or related industries, with a focus on growth and target achievement.
  • Has a proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in competitive markets.
  • Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and managing customer relationships.
  • Is data-driven, organized, and comfortable with technical selling and using technology to enhance sales performance.
  • Holds a full driver’s license for regional travel.
