Field Sales Manager - Fully Remote

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in car dealerships.


The business has established itself as one of the UK’s fastest-growing companies in the vehicle warranty sector. It has a leading reputation and a great working environment. They continue to add talented people to the team and believe in empowering their staff. Their achievements are driven by their people.


As a Field Sales Manager, your role will involve two main aspects: providing excellent customer service and driving business with existing motor dealer accounts, as well as actively canvassing and acquiring new business from target dealer accounts within your designated territory.


The successful Field Sales Manager will proactively seek new ways to win business from target accounts using our consultative sales approach. You will present, negotiate, and overcome objections to secure deals from dealer accounts. Planning your own diary to maximize effectiveness is essential.


Requirements: Previous experience managing a team, self-confidence, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to cold call and think quickly.


In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary plus commission, and a company car will be provided. You will work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm, with no weekends.


This role is ideal for a sales manager in the motor trade seeking a better work/life balance.
