Join our Rail team as a Commercial Manager on the Beckton Project and contribute to meaningful work you can be proud of!
As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and financial management of projects from inception, tendering, negotiating, and agreeing contracts both internally and externally. Post-award, you will oversee the full controlled commercial delivery of projects.
You will be a key part of the project delivery team, holding responsibilities for the commercial and financial success of each project.
Typically, you will have managed and developed a commercial team, be a Chartered Member of RICS, ICES, or CIOB, and act as a mentor/role model to other commercial staff. You will also maintain your Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
