Territory Sales Manager – North Wales & Shrewsbury

Are you commercially driven with a passion for building strong customer relationships and growing sales? We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of our sites across North Wales and Shrewsbury, working closely with both commercial and operational teams.

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for sites in North Wales & Shrewsbury. The TSM will work closely with both commercial and operations teams to ensure the delivery of materials, growth of sales, and customer satisfaction through targeted and strategic approaches.

The TSM should successfully lead a portfolio of customer accounts within a defined geographical region, focusing on increasing market share, revenue, and profit. Engagement with existing and new customers will be through multiple channels, including digital media, to develop opportunities for value-added products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for assigned customers
  • Following defined call cycles using various digital media, including video calls
  • Assisting in preparing quotes and tenders
  • Participating in annual sales budgeting and forecasting
  • Resolving queries efficiently, aiming for less than 3% of revenue in queries at any time
  • Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships supported by a customer strategy aligned with the Market Strategy Plan
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products and services through effective business alignment between sales, operations, and logistics
  • Communicating market and customer insights to Heidelberg Materials
