Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for your assigned customers.
• Follow defined call cycles for customers and prospects, utilizing digital media like video calls to maintain close contact. Call cycle objectives should be outlined in the Customer Management Plan (CMP).
• Assist in preparing quotes and submitting tenders.
• Participate in the preparation of annual sales budgets and forecasts for your territory.
• Resolve queries within the specified timeframe, maintaining queries below 3% of revenue or as per company standards.
