Job Purpose/Objectives
To maintain and increase revenue within the territory by developing a sales pipeline through building relationships with existing and prospective clients, aiming to achieve and surpass budget targets.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Driving sales growth by developing trading relationships with existing clients and new prospects
- Maintaining the CRM platform to ensure accurate client activity records
- Responding promptly to sales leads from across the business
- Meeting or exceeding targeted number of appointments and meetings aligned with KPIs
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within pricing guidelines
- Negotiating contracts and framework agreements with new clients
- Providing regular updates and forecasts on pipelines and projects to the Regional Sales Manager
Person Specification
Education/Knowledge/Experience
- Proven sales experience with influencing and negotiation skills
- Understanding of crane hire and the market is advantageous but not essential
- High achiever with a career-oriented mindset and challenging goals
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent
- IT literate, familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Construction sector experience is desirable
