Agronomist / Agronomy Area Sales Manager – South Devon

Salary: Basic salary up to circa £50,000 DOE + uncapped commission (OTE to £130,000) + car + benefits

The Job:

My client is seeking a home-based technical Area Sales Manager, located within North Somerset, Avon, Wiltshire, or Gloucestershire, to provide technical support and advice to the grower customer base within the region. The ideal candidate will have technical advisory and sales experience. They are open to applicants ranging from recent graduates to experienced agronomists with technical sales backgrounds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious company within the crop nutrition sector.

The Candidate:

• Experience in crop nutrition and/or practical arable farming
• UK driving license
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
• Experience in B2C and B2B sales is advantageous
• BASIS & FACTS qualification is advantageous

The Package:

• Basic salary from £35,000 to £50,000, depending on experience and qualifications
• Uncapped commission – circa £10,000 to £70,000 (currently achieved)
• Company car
• Benefits package
