Job summary

TurnerFox Recruitment are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor for a busy online retail team in Mansfield. The role is temporary ongoing, full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm, with a salary shown as 13.688 (inclusive of holiday pay) per hour.

You will handle online enquiries primarily via an online ticketing system, plus occasional phone calls, and support campaigns during peak periods. Training and progression opportunities may be available through the agency.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within e-commerce or online retail.
• Experience using a customer service ticketing platform - Re, Freshdesk or similar would be particularly advantageous.
• Excellent written communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Good attention to detail and strong IT skills.
• The ability to manage a busy workload and respond to customers efficiently.
• A positive, professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries online ticketing systems and email
• Handling occasional inbound customer service calls
• Dealing with queries relating to online orders, deliveries, products, returns and refunds
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Keeping customers updated and ensuring queries are followed through to resolutionSupporting busy e-commerce campaigns and peak periods
• Accurately recording customer communications and actions
