Job summary

TurnerFox Recruitment is seeking a French-speaking Technical Support Specialist in Newark-on-Trent. This part-time, permanent role offers hybrid or remote working with 20–30 hours per week and rotational shifts from 05:30 to 22:00, including weekends.

You will deliver first-line technical support in French and English, log incidents in CRM, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to second line as needed. The role provides training and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work rotational shifts across weekdays and weekends.
• Clear, professional telephone manner and communication skills.
• Experience in Technical Help Desk / Service Desk is advantageous but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line technical support to clients in both French and English.
• Log and manage incidents using CRM and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, offering solutions over the phone or via email.
• Escalate more complex issues to 2nd line support when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting SLAs for resolution and response times.
• Monitor shared mailboxes to ensure all customer queries are addressed promptly.
• Conduct outbound calls to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
