The role blends customer relationship building with behind-the-scenes organisation, ensuring information is accurate, quotations monitored, and processes continually improved.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day customer queries and account requests.

• Supporting the wider ecommerce and project teams when workloads increase.
• Keeping account information, reporting and documentation accurate.
• Monitoring quotations, costs and completed work where required.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make things work better.
• Bringing customer feedback and insight back into the wider team.
