END. Clothing is seeking an accomplished E-Commerce Styling Manager to lead and evolve the styling function in a fast-paced studio environment.

You will drive team performance, set high styling standards, and oversee model casting, workflow, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver on-brand, commercially effective content. The role requires expert styling know-how across Menswear, Womenswear, Accessories, and Footwear, plus leadership experience in high-volume ecommerce.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fashion styling, ideally in ecommerce, luxury, premium, or lifestyle retail.
• Proven leadership of styling teams and ability to develop talent.
• Strong understanding of garment fit, silhouette, and product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the styling team across on-model and off-model content.
• Maintain high styling standards and ensure consistent END. brand presentation.
• Oversee studio operations, planning, and workflow to meet targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Production, Photography, Retouching, Buying, Marketing, and Brand teams.
• Lead model casting decisions and ensure appropriate resources for deliveries.
