END. Clothing is seeking an experienced Styling Manager to lead the styling function within our fast-paced e-commerce studio. The role focuses on managing the styling team, maintaining high styling standards, and delivering on-model and off-model content that supports the END.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within fashion styling, ideally in e-commerce, luxury, premium or lifestyle retail.
• Strong understanding of garment fit, silhouette, product presentation and commercial styling.
• Broad knowledge across menswear, womenswear, footwear, accessories and lifestyle products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Senior, Midweight and Junior Stylists.
• Own styling standards across all e-commerce content and ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee daily studio styling operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Manage model selection, casting decisions and bookings for future deliveries.
• Plan shoots, fittings and on-set leadership to ensure creative standards are met.
• Monitor quality and provide feedback to drive improvements and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Photography, Retouching, Buying and Marketing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in styling workflow and KPIs.
