Job summary

The Stylist at Naylor's Equestrian Llp, based at The Sharp Project, Manchester, will deliver high-quality, on-brand styling for our e-commerce platforms, collaborating with photographers, creatives and retouchers to produce impactful content that drives sales. Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise across garment presentation, product styling and on-set dressing for e-commerce.
• Deep understanding of fit, fabric, and garment construction, to present products well on and off models.
• Experience in high-volume e-commerce or commercial studio environments.

Responsibilities

• Create visually impactful, on-brand e-commerce content aligned with seasonal trends and style guides.
• Manage daily shoot schedules to meet productivity, quality, and cost-per-product targets.
• Prepare and maintain sets, equipment, and products, following studio procedures.
• Regularly update styling kits and conduct trend research.
• Collaborate with photographers, retouchers, and content teams to select strongest images.
• Support idea generation and innovation in styling outputs for meetings and reviews.
• Track, report, and communicate shoot progress and asset delivery.
• Mentor and assist team members to foster collaboration across studio functions.
• Maintain an organised, safe studio and efficient close-down with proper asset return.
• Adapt to last-minute briefs and fast-paced environment.
