Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Senior Stylist to lead the Styling team in delivering high‑impact fashion content for our e‑commerce platforms. You will work closely with Leads, Team Leaders, and management to drive creative excellence, operational efficiency, and commercially aligned storytelling for a young, fashion‑savvy audience.

You will oversee daily styling operations, maintain high editorial standards, and collaborate with multiple studio departments to deliver engaging product content.

Qualifications

• Experience leading styling teams in fashion.
• Strong eye for ASOS aesthetics.
• Ability to manage day-to-day styling operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day styling of 1000+ products per day by the Styling team.
• Ensure creative quality and KPI adherence with studio departments.
• Demonstrate understanding of ASOS aesthetics across shoot types.
• Develop content that builds brand affinity and drives growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during shoots.
• Style CTAs and shoots with retail and studio teams.
• Select and arrange styling to represent the ASOS visual aesthetic.
• Deliver content aligned with shoot guides and direction.
• Mentor and conduct regular 1-2-1s with direct reports.
• Support onboarding of new full-time staff and freelancers.
• Contribute to department strategy and ongoing workflow improvements.
