END. Clothing is seeking a highly organised E-Commerce Styling Manager to lead and develop the Styling function within our fast-paced e-commerce studio. You will manage the styling team, ensure high-quality on-model and off-model content, and align styling with commercial objectives across Menswear, Womenswear, Accessories and END.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fashion styling, ideally for e-commerce, luxury, premium or lifestyle retail.
• Strong understanding of garment fit, silhouette, product presentation, and commercial styling.
• Experience leading and developing styling teams in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Senior, Midweight and Junior Stylists.
• Own styling standards across all e-commerce content and ensure consistent product presentation.
• Oversee daily styling operations to meet production targets and trading deadlines.
• Manage model selection, casting decisions and model resources for future deliveries.
• Collaborate with Production, Photography, Retouching, Buying, Marketing and Brand teams on styling direction.
• Lead on-set decisions, fittings and ensuring styling output meets quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in styling processes, workflow and KPIs.
