END. Clothing is seeking an experienced E-commerce Styling Manager to lead and develop the Styling function in our fast-paced online studio in Washington, Tyne and Wear.

The role oversees styling operations, model planning, and on-model/off-model content delivery aligned to brand and commercial goals. You will manage a team of Stylists, shape standards, collaborate with Production and Photography, and drive continuous improvement in workflow, quality, and customer experience for END.'s global

Qualifications

• Significant experience within fashion styling, ideally in e-commerce, luxury, premium, or lifestyle retail.
• Strong understanding of garment fit, silhouette, product presentation, and commercial styling.
• Broad knowledge across menswear, womenswear, footwear, accessories, and lifestyle products.
• Excellent attention to detail and passion for product presentation.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead styling leadership and team management across Senior, Midweight, and Junior Stylists.
• Own styling standards and ensure consistency across product categories.
• Oversee studio operations, scheduling, and KPI delivery for shoots.
• Direct model strategy, casting decisions, and resources planning.
• Collaborate with Production, Photography, Retouching, Marketing, and Brand teams.
• Maintain high creative standards while balancing efficiency and commercial needs.
• Monitor quality, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
