Job summary

END. Clothing is seeking an organised E-Commerce Styling Manager to lead the styling team and uphold high standards for on-model and off-model content. You will drive styling strategies, manage workflows, and ensure content meets performance goals across Menswear, Womenswear, and accessories.

You will collaborate with Production, Photography, Retouching, Buying, Marketing, and Brand teams to translate commercial aims into compelling product presentation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fashion styling, ideally in e-commerce or luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of garment fit, silhouette, and product presentation.
• Experience leading styling teams and coordinating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior to junior stylists.
• Own styling standards across all e-commerce content.
• Oversee daily studio operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Manage model selection, casting, and resources for shoots.
• Collaborate with production, photography, retouching, and marketing teams.
