Job summary

JDSPORTS is seeking a Stylist to deliver high-quality, on-brand styling for our e-commerce platforms. Based in The Sharp Project, Manchester, you will collaborate with photographers, creatives and retouchers to create visually impactful product content that supports the customer journey and drives sales.

You will develop trend-focused outfits aligned with consumer profiles, manage on-set dressing, and maintain brand standards under tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Strong styling expertise for e-commerce & fashion products.
• On-set dressing and garment presentation knowledge.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume studio environments.
• In-house sample management system experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage time and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborates with photographers, retouchers and content teams.
• Knowledge of current styling trends and adaptability.
• Organised and proactive with troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Create visually impactful, high-quality e-commerce content aligned with seasonal trends.
• Manage daily shoot schedules to meet productivity, quality and cost targets.
• Prepare sets, equipment and product; ensure studio procedures are followed.
• Update styling kits and conduct trend research.
• Collaborate with photographers, retouchers and content teams to select images.
• Support new styling techniques and participate in reviews.
• Track shoot progress and asset delivery and report results.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge across studio functions.
• Maintain an organized, safe studio environment and conduct close-downs.
• Adapt to last-minute briefs with resilience in a fast-paced environment.
