Job summary

Bis Henderson Recruitment is seeking a Head of Operations for a fast-growing e-commerce fashion retailer in the UK. The role owns distribution and fulfilment strategy, drives a major warehouse upgrade, and leads automation initiatives with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will deliver end-to-end operations leadership, manage the P&L for the fulfilment function, and build a high-performing team focused on customer service and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a high-growth B2C or e-commerce business.
• Deep knowledge of pick-pack-ship fulfilment and logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen with a tech-first approach to problems.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse moves and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the end-to-end operations strategy.
• Lead the warehouse relocation and automation programme from plan to go-live.
• Own the fulfilment centre P&L and the KPIs that drive it.
• Build, coach and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Improve cost efficiency by optimising carrier partnerships and processes.
