Job summary

People First in London is seeking an Operations Manager to support its growing UK business, focusing on stock control, order processing and logistic coordination. You will manage day-to-day operations, liaise with suppliers and customers, support e-commerce activities and help implement efficient processes to sustain growth.

This role requires previous operations or supply chain experience, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous operations, order management or supply chain experience.
• Experience managing stock for B2C products is advantageous.
• E-commerce experience desirable.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, reliable and hands-on approach.
• Comfortable working with suppliers, customers and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities, including stock, orders and deliveries.
• Handle purchase orders, sales orders, invoicing and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and logistic partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the company’s e-commerce operations, including order processing and stock updates.
• Maintain accurate product, stock and order records.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or overstock issues.
• Support product launches, promotions and other commercial activities.
• Help improve operational processes and day-to-day business operations.
• Work closely with management and other departments to support growth.
