Job summary

Bis Henderson Recruitment is seeking a Head of Operations for a fast-growing e-commerce fashion retailer in the UK. The role owns distribution and fulfilment strategy, drives a major warehouse upgrade, and leads automation initiatives with a hands-on leadership approach.

You will deliver end-to-end operations leadership, manage the P&L for the fulfilment function, and build a high-performing team focused on customer service and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a high-growth B2C or e-commerce business.
• Deep knowledge of pick-pack-ship fulfilment and logistics.
• Strong commercial acumen with a tech-first approach to problems.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse moves and automation projects.

Our client is a fast-growing niche e-commerce fashion retailer, looking to hire a strategic Operations Director to take ownership of distribution and fulfilment through its next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role at a pivotal moment. You'll deliver a major warehouse upgrade project, bring in automation, and build a high-performing team, all while raising service levels and keeping costs under control.

What you'll do

• Set and deliver the end-to-end operations strategy
• Lead the warehouse relocation and automation programme from plan to go-live
