Job summary

Ignite is expanding its fast-growing ecommerce brand and seeks a Fulfilment & Logistics Manager to own end-to-end operations in a hybrid London setting. You will manage inventory planning, freight, and multiple 3PLs while ensuring stock visibility and cost control.

A hands-on leader who can scale as the business grows is essential. In this role you’ll work across B2B and consumer channels, optimise processes, and mentor a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience running fulfilment or supply chain operations for a fast-growing consumer brand.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA and at least one other marketplace.
• Retail and B2B fulfilment experience: EDI, routing guides, retailer compliance and chargebacks.
• Managing multiple 3PLs across more than one country, including SLAs and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end fulfilment and logistics operations.
• Lead inventory planning, freight management, and 3PL partners.
• Provide visibility of stock, movement and costs across the business.
• Manage a small team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
