Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc seeks an Ecommerce Operations Manager for a global fashion ecommerce platform. You will ensure performance, stability, and continual improvement across front-end and back-end systems, supporting a seamless customer journey across multiple markets.

You will lead day-to-day platform administration, monitor updates and events, and collaborate with UX, Digital Design, Merchandising, Logistics and Inventory teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce platforms and digital commerce
• Strong understanding of service delivery and platform management
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration across functions

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration and optimisation of the ecommerce platform
• Manage incidents from detection to resolution with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with internal and external partners on platform enhancement projects
• Analyse requirements, write user stories, and support testing to deliver new functionality
