As our E‑Commerce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising the online shopping experience across Dyson’s e‑commerce channels, including Dyson.com, marketplaces and retailers across the globe. You will be responsible for implementing strategies that enhance every stage of the digital customer journey, working tirelessly to increase engagement and drive revenue growth through your understanding of e‑commerce and digital media with a strong command of analytics.
Your day‑to‑day will involve collaborating across global business functions from digital delivery, UX/UI, media, A/B testing and product teams to introduce new features, campaigns, promotions and functionality that improve business performance. You will oversee the generation of content, product listings, and promotional campaigns, ensuring everything presented to markets is accurate, consistent, and compelling.
