Placements24 is seeking a data-driven E-commerce Growth Hacker to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue across online platforms. The role involves running rapid experiments, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing SEO, paid media, social, and email campaigns.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement growth initiatives and stay ahead of industry trends in a hybrid setup with office and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Growth Hacker or Digital Marketer focused on e-commerce growth.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, CRO.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute rapid experimentation plans (A/B tests) across the e-commerce funnel.
• Analyze user data, website traffic, and conversion funnels to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Implement and optimize marketing channels (SEO, paid advertising, social media, email) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to implement growth initiatives and product enhancements.
• Stay updated on growth hacking techniques, tools and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
