Job summary

The Candidate Recruitment Agency is partnering with a private equity-backed ecommerce business that is entering a phase of rapid growth. We are seeking a Head of Growth to own the growth strategy, with a focus on data-led decision making, experimentation and commercial insight.

Hybrid role with a Dorset-based office, offering significant ownership of the growth agenda, budgets to back ideas and a collaborative entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth in ecommerce.
• Proven track record scaling ecommerce revenue.
• Data-driven and CRO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering the overall growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention and customer value.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer growth.
• Drive customer acquisition and improve on-site conversion.
• Lead a robust A/B testing and test-and-learn programme.
• Use analytics and customer insight to influence commercial decisions.
• Develop SEO and AI search/GEO strategies with agency partners.
• Lead CRM, retention and customer lifecycle activity.
• Improve repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
• Develop growth KPIs, reporting and dashboards.
• Manage growth budgets and ensure ROI.
