Job summary

s360 is a marketing and AI consultancy in London seeking a strategic digital growth manager to own 3–4 ecommerce client accounts and translate business challenges into clear cross‑channel strategies across paid, search, social, SEO and creative.

You’ll lead delivery with senior support and specialist teams, report on ROAS and revenue, and grow your skills through structured onboarding, learning sessions and a generous development budget in a collaborative, high‑ambition environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience within eCommerce, retail or an agency environment working with clients.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships and retaining accounts.
• Confidently presenting insights and recommendations in weekly calls and quarterly reviews.
• Proactively identifying opportunities, flagging risks and asking the right questions.
• Understanding how different digital channels interact to drive growth.
• Knowledge of current ecommerce and retail trends and fresh ideas.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & client ownership: translate client goals into cross‑channel actions across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and Creative.
• Execution & project management: lead day‑to‑day delivery across clients with cross‑functional teams.
• Reporting & commercial awareness: produce clear reports linking performance to ROAS and revenue.
• Training & development: participate in onboarding and ongoing learning to upskill across platforms and industry knowledge.
